Terms of service
Last updated: 2 October 2026 · Operated by My Flow Limited (United Kingdom)
These terms apply when you use My Travel Flow, a journey planning service operated by My Flow Limited ("we", "us"). By creating an account you accept them. If you use the app on behalf of a club, company or other organisation, you confirm you can bind that organisation.
1. What the service does
My Travel Flow plans door-to-door journeys across driving, rail, bus, tube, cycling and walking, using the travel rules you set (for example how long you're willing to drive, and how far you're willing to walk). It compares whole journeys and ranks them, and shows the time by which you would need to leave.
2. Timetables and live travel information
Public transport departure and arrival times are taken from published timetables. Where live feeds are available, the app also shows current delays, cancellations and service changes. Driving and walking durations respond to the routing and traffic information available when you plan.
Operators can still delay, cancel or divert services at short notice, while road conditions and parking availability can change. Check live updates before travelling, particularly for time-critical journeys.
3. Your account
- You must give accurate details and keep your password secure.
- One account per person. Don't share your login.
- You must be at least 13 to use the service, and 18 to enter a payment agreement.
- You can delete your account at any time from your profile, or by emailing contact@myflowlimited.com. We'll delete the personal data tied to it as set out in our privacy policy.
4. Subscriptions, trial and billing
My Travel Flow is offered as a subscription: £2.99 per month, or £24.99 per year, plus a 7-day free trial. Prices include VAT where applicable. The available payment methods and any billing terms are shown before you subscribe.
- Nothing is charged during the trial unless you choose to continue.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period.
- You can cancel at any time through the service used to start your subscription, or by emailing contact@myflowlimited.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, so you keep access until then.
- If a payment fails, we may suspend access until it's resolved. If a price rises, we'll tell you before it applies to you, and you can cancel rather than accept it.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- resell, scrape or bulk-download journey results, or feed them into another product or service without our written permission;
- hammer the service with automated requests, or try to exceed the usage limits that keep the map data affordable for everyone;
- interfere with, reverse engineer or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service;
- use the service for anything unlawful, or to store or transmit unlawful content.
We may limit or suspend an account that breaches these terms, or that puts the service or other users at risk. Where we can, we'll tell you why and give you a chance to put it right.
6. Third-party data and services
The app depends on third parties including Google Maps Platform for mapping, geocoding and routing, and public transport data providers for rail, tube and bus information. Their own terms and rate limits apply to that data, and they can change or withdraw it. We aren't responsible for their accuracy or availability.
The station names and codes used for live rail information come from the open UK station list maintained at davwheat/uk-railway-stations, whose dataset originates from Trainline EU and its sources, and is made available under the Open Data Commons Open Database License (ODbL).
7. Your content
Your home address, saved trips and preferences belong to you. You grant us the licence we need to store and process them so the service works for you — nothing more. We don't sell your data, and we don't use your saved places for advertising.
8. Changes to the service and these terms
We'll keep improving the app, which means features may be added, changed or retired. We'll give reasonable notice of material changes — usually by email — and if a change materially reduces what you're paying for, you can cancel and receive a fair refund for the unused part of your term.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the app running, but it's provided "as is" without a warranty of uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is scheduled where possible to avoid match-day peaks. Sustained unavailability may entitle you to a refund, assessed fairly on request.
10. Liability
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you've paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. That doesn't affect your mandatory consumer rights where you live.
