Refund policy
Last updated: 2 October 2026 · Operated by My Flow Limited
We'd rather earn the next month than argue about the last one. This policy sets out when you get money back, and it never overrides your statutory rights.
1. The trial
Your first seven days are free and nothing is charged unless you choose to continue. Cancel during the trial and you'll never be billed — no questions, no cancellation fee.
2. Cooling off after your first payment
If you've just paid for your first subscription and change your mind, tell us within 14 days and you'll get a full refund, provided you haven't used the service heavily in that window. That's our promise on top of the statutory 14-day cooling-off period for online contracts, which applies whether or not you've read this page.
3. Cancelling at renewal
Cancel at any time from your account, or by emailing contact@myflowlimited.com, and the next payment simply won't happen. You keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't charge a fee for cancelling, and we don't require a reason.
4. Mid-term refunds
Annual plans are paid up front, but if something serious goes wrong part way through your term we'll refund the unused portion. That includes a material reduction in the service, a feature removed and not replaced, sustained unavailability, or a problem that's our fault and that we couldn't fix. Refunds for the unused part of a term are calculated pro rata, to the nearest whole month.
5. Double charges and mistakes
If you're charged twice, or charged after cancelling, we refund the incorrect amount as soon as we've confirmed it. Send the invoice or the bank entry to contact@myflowlimited.com and we'll sort it.
6. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through the service used to subscribe. The time they take to appear depends on that service and your bank. If we decline a refund request we'll explain why and tell you how to escalate it.
7. How to ask
Email contact@myflowlimited.com with the address on your account and what you'd like — cancel, refund, or both. You don't need to explain yourself in detail. We aim to reply within two working days and to settle most requests the same day.
8. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, including the right to a refund or price reduction where the service isn't as described or isn't provided with reasonable care and skill.
